Granting Hope Partner/Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Partner/Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Granting Hope Partner/Affiliate Program offered by Granting Hope, LLC (“Granting Hope,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By applying for, enrolling in, or participating in the Granting Hope Partner/Affiliate Program, you (“Partner,” “Affiliate,” or “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Program Purpose

The Granting Hope Partner/Affiliate Program allows approved Partners to refer individuals and nonprofit organizations to Granting Hope and earn commissions on qualifying purchases.

Partners may promote:

• Granting Hope Society memberships

• Eligible Granting Hope nonprofit services, including qualifying 501(c)(3) services

• Other products or services specifically designated by Granting Hope as commission-eligible

Participation in the program does not create an employment, franchise, agency, joint venture, or legal partnership relationship with Granting Hope.

2. Granting Hope Society Commission

Approved Partners are eligible to earn recurring commission on qualifying Granting Hope Society memberships purchased through their assigned affiliate tracking link.

Recurring commissions continue for as long as the referred customer maintains an active, paid, commission-eligible Granting Hope Society membership and the Partner remains eligible under these Terms.

If the referred member cancels, fails to make payment, receives a refund, disputes a charge, or otherwise terminates the qualifying membership, recurring commissions associated with that membership will stop.

Commissions are calculated based on qualifying payments actually received by Granting Hope.

3. Granting Hope Services Referral Commission

Approved Partners are eligible to earn a one-time referral commission on qualifying Granting Hope services purchased through the Partner's authorized referral or affiliate link.

This includes eligible 501(c)(3) services and other services Granting Hope specifically identifies as commission-eligible.

The commission is earned one time on the qualifying initial service purchase. It does not create a recurring commission on future services, renewals, additional purchases, government filing fees, third-party fees, or other charges unless Granting Hope expressly states otherwise.

4. Affiliate Links and Referral Tracking

Each Partner may receive a unique affiliate or referral link.

Partners should use their assigned link when promoting Granting Hope. This link allows Granting Hope's system to identify and track qualifying referrals.

A referral must be properly tracked and attributed to the Partner to qualify for a commission. Granting Hope is not responsible for referrals that cannot be properly tracked because of an incorrect link, disabled cookies, browser settings, customer actions, or other circumstances outside Granting Hope's reasonable control.

Granting Hope's records will be used to determine referral attribution and commission eligibility.

5. Affiliate Coupons and Promotions

Granting Hope may provide Partners with approved coupons, promotional offers, graphics, flyers, messages, or other marketing materials.

Partners may only advertise discounts and promotional offers currently authorized by Granting Hope.

Partners may not create unauthorized coupons, alter Granting Hope pricing, promise additional discounts, or represent that a promotion will remain available beyond its authorized period.

6. Commission Payments

Commission payments are processed monthly.

Qualifying commissions earned during one calendar month will generally be paid by the end of the following calendar month, subject to verification of the transaction, payment clearance, refund periods, and these Terms.

Example: A qualifying commission earned during October would generally be included in the commission payment processed by the end of November.

Granting Hope may withhold, reverse, or adjust commissions associated with refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, duplicate transactions, canceled purchases, payment failures, or transactions that otherwise do not qualify under these Terms.

Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information necessary to receive commissions.

7. Marketing Granting Hope

We want our Partners to succeed and may provide approved marketing materials, including:

• Shareable flyers and graphics

• Suggested social media posts

• Promotional messages

• Program information

• Videos

• Affiliate training and resources

Partners may share approved materials through their websites, social media accounts, email, networking activities, and other lawful marketing channels.

Partners may not materially alter Granting Hope's logo, trademarks, service descriptions, pricing, or approved marketing claims without written permission.

8. Honest Representation

Partners must represent Granting Hope, Granting Hope Society, and Granting Hope services truthfully and professionally.

Partners may not:

• Guarantee 501(c)(3) approval or a specific IRS processing time.

• Make false or misleading claims about Granting Hope.

• Misrepresent themselves as employees, agents, attorneys, or official representatives of Granting Hope.

• Make promises or guarantees that Granting Hope has not authorized.

• Use deceptive, fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful marketing practices.

• Send unlawful or unsolicited commercial communications.

• Make unauthorized representations regarding grants, funding, tax outcomes, legal outcomes, or government approval.

Partners should clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting Granting Hope when required by applicable law or regulation.

9. Partner Responsibilities

Partners are independent participants responsible for their own business activities, marketing practices, taxes, expenses, equipment, and compliance with applicable laws.

Partners do not have authority to enter into contracts, accept legal obligations, make commitments, or incur expenses on behalf of Granting Hope.

10. Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks

Commissions are only payable on qualifying revenue retained by Granting Hope.

If a customer receives a refund, successfully disputes a payment, initiates a chargeback, or otherwise reverses a qualifying transaction, the related commission may be canceled, withheld, deducted from future commissions, or recovered if already paid, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Self-Referrals and Fraud

The program is designed to reward genuine referrals.

Granting Hope reserves the right to reject commissions associated with fraudulent activity, manipulation of the tracking system, duplicate accounts, unauthorized self-referrals, or other attempts to improperly obtain commissions or discounts.

12. Taxes

Partners are responsible for reporting and paying any federal, state, or local taxes associated with commissions they receive.

Granting Hope may request tax documentation and issue applicable tax forms as required by law.

13. Intellectual Property

The Granting Hope name, logo, trademarks, graphics, content, training materials, and other intellectual property remain the property of Granting Hope, LLC or their respective owners.

Participation in the program provides Partners with a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use approved Granting Hope marketing materials solely for authorized promotion of Granting Hope products and services.

14. Program Changes and Granting Hope's Rights 

Granting Hope, LLC reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Partner/Affiliate Program at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

This includes, but is not limited to, the right to change:

• Commission rates and commission structures.

• Payment schedules, payment methods, and available payment options.

• Products and services eligible for commissions.

• Affiliate discounts, coupons, and promotional offers.

• Referral and tracking procedures.

• Eligibility and participation requirements.

• Marketing guidelines and approved promotional materials.

• Program policies, procedures, and these Terms and Conditions.

Granting Hope may also add, remove, or replace payment platforms or require Partners to use a designated payment method in order to receive commissions.

When appropriate, Granting Hope will provide notice of material changes. Unless otherwise stated, changes will apply prospectively from their effective date and will not alter commissions already earned and verified before the effective date of the change.

Continued participation in the Granting Hope Partner/Affiliate Program after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Termination

Either Granting Hope or the Partner may end participation in the program.

Granting Hope may immediately suspend or terminate a Partner for fraud, misleading advertising, misuse of Granting Hope's brand, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or conduct reasonably determined to harm Granting Hope, its customers, or its reputation.

Upon termination, the Partner must stop representing themselves as a Granting Hope Partner/Affiliate and discontinue unauthorized use of Granting Hope marketing materials and intellectual property.

Any commissions accrued before termination remain subject to verification, these Terms, and applicable law. Eligibility for future recurring commissions following termination will be determined under the program terms in effect at the time of termination.

16. No Guarantee of Earnings

Granting Hope does not guarantee that participation in the Partner/Affiliate Program will result in referrals, sales, commissions, or any particular level of income.

Results depend on many factors, including the Partner's marketing activities and customer purchasing and retention decisions.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or participating in the Granting Hope Partner/Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
